Refund policy
All products sold are intended strictly for resale purposes. By placing an order, the purchaser confirms they are acting in the course of business and not as a consumer. All transactions are therefore treated as business-to-business sales.
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final except in circumstances outlined below.
If an incorrect item is supplied, the purchaser must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Once the returned goods have been received and verified, we will issue either a refund within 14 days or provide a replacement bundle upon request.
Any damaged or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and may require photographic evidence for verification.
If you are dissatisfied with an order for reasons other than incorrect or damaged delivery, any refund, replacement, or credit offered shall be entirely at our sole discretion and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Where a parcel is lost during transit, we will submit a claim with the shipping provider. Any compensation successfully recovered from the shipping provider will be passed on to the purchaser up to the value paid for the affected order. We are not liable for compensation exceeding the amount recovered from the shipping provider.
Risk in goods passes to the purchaser upon confirmed delivery to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Our total liability shall be limited to the value of the order purchased. We shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, business interruption, or consequential damages.
