We operate with a 0-5% margin of error. Each bundle is unique and will vary in brand, style and size. While we aim to provide a perfect bundle, preloved clothing may occasionally have minor defects. Every bundle is checked twice before dispatch.

Shipping:

We aim to process orders within 48 hours, although this may occasionally vary as we are a small team.

Once dispatched, InPost or Royal Mail, depending on your location, estimates delivery within 2-4 business days. Delivery may sometimes take slightly longer, but no parcels have been lost across more than 300 shipments.

This means your parcel could arrive in as little as four working days. We aim for all orders to arrive within six working days, although this may be longer during periods of high demand.

Shipping costs £4.50 per 15 kg bundle or 15 items. Larger orders are split into multiple parcels, with shipping charged per parcel, so ordering in quantities of 15 kg or 15 items offers the best value.
