Cancellation policy

All orders are strictly Business-to-Business (B2B).

By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing wholly or mainly for the purposes of your trade, business or resale activity.

ORDERS ARE FINAL

Once payment has been received and your order has been accepted, the order is final and cannot be cancelled.

We begin allocating, sorting, picking and producing orders immediately after purchase. By placing your order, you expressly instruct us to begin this work immediately.

There is no cancellation or cooling-off period.

NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATION

We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, credit or exchanges because you:

change your mind;
order the wrong product, category, quantity or weight;
no longer require the stock;
are unable to resell the stock;
experience slower than expected sales;
place an order accidentally; or
request cancellation after payment.

Once an order has entered production, the full order value remains payable.

ORDER CHANGES

Changes to an order after purchase are entirely at our discretion.

We are under no obligation to amend an order once production has started.

Any additional costs caused by an agreed change may be charged to the buyer.

REFUSING DELIVERY

Refusing delivery, failing to collect an order or failing to accept delivery does not cancel the contract.

The buyer remains liable for the full order value together with any reasonable additional delivery, return, storage or handling costs caused by the refusal or failed delivery.

PAYMENT DISPUTES

A chargeback or payment dispute does not constitute cancellation of an order.

Where a payment is reversed or disputed without a valid contractual or legal basis, we reserve the right to recover the outstanding amount together with reasonable costs incurred in recovering the debt.

REWEAR FIFE CANCELLATION

We may cancel an order where we are unable to fulfil it, there has been an obvious pricing or stock error, payment has not been successfully received, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

Where we cancel an order before fulfilment, any amount paid for the affected unfulfilled goods will be refunded.
